Dreisbachs and Dresbachs, like many early pioneer families, founded towns - or were associated with the founding of towns. Dreisbachville is the earliest town but there are others, especially towns founded by, or in association with, descendants of Martin Dreisbach. Circleville OH is perhaps the most famous of these.
